We provide you with FREE consultation as we have partner agreements with the hospitals, clinics and doctors. You only pay at the hospital or clinic directly when you receive your health care services.

What are our services for you
We provide continuous support before, during and after your health travel. We do not accept money or gift from patients as we work with hospitals, and thermal clinics on special protocols.

Online Health Consultation
You send us your medical request and reports (if avaliable), our team work on your case with the relevant hospitals for doctors to examine them. We provide you with a preliminary treatment plan and an estimated price quote.
We then proceed with you for all your medical travel needs. You do not need to think any detail regarding your medical travel as we will be working on such details for you.
Online Travel Consultation
We offer FREE online travel consultation on all your travel needs such as informational requests for hotels and flats for long term stay and all your travel arrangements. Typically, concierge companies will charge an hourly rate and bills can increase drastically. But we offer these consultation services completely FREE.
Special Travel Arrangements
Together with our solution partner travel agents, we can organize all your visa and travel arrangements including support for choosing the international flights.
For your medical travel needs, we may assist you to obtain your health visa via our “patient invitation letter” and get a “medical tourist discount” from Turkish Airlines, if/when approriate.
Translation Services
We provide translations services and medical documentation in your native language via our multi-national staff and solution partner translation companies.
You don’t need to think any detail for your trip as we will be working on such details for you.
Thermal Theraphy and Wellness
We have witnessed the successful thermal treatment of many patients. It is crucial to have physical treatment combined with healing waters in thermal baths, with supervision of physiotherapists. You may ask for more information. Our team will be happy to answer all your questions.
